Your drinking the wrong coffee if you need sugar, natural sweetness is all you need. And milk, dont get me started on milk
.
No I've got that out my system, anything that makes you enjoy your cup of coffee more is ok by me.

Just a drop of sugar in the bottom of my espresso every now and again.
Not stirred so I get sugary hit at the end but it doesn't effect the flavour.

I voted for no sugar, but sometimes I think it is needed. Ristrettos or espressos made on Sumatras or Javas, for instance. I find they need sugar from time to time.

No sugar. And the thought of squeezing cow juice into my coffee? Negatory good buddy!

I hate sweet milk so if it's a latte/cappa, no sugar. If it's black, half a spoon like Raf. Do I vote twice?

Sugar/milk.........noooooooo.
I stopped using both when I started home roasting. I couldn't believe the natural flavors in coffee and thought it was a shame to mask them with milk or sugar.

I must say since I started roasting the use of sugar got less and less, as for milk however.... I love the occasional Cappuccino or Latte:) So, can I change my vote ?

A well prepared extraction is sweet enough on it's own for me.
