I don't put sugar in coffee. A friend of ours always has sugar in her coffee but I make her put it in for herself. I'll hand her the coffee, the sugar and a spoon but she knows that if she wants her coffee defiled she has to do the deed herself.

yup, they used it on the intro to "Aces High if i remember rightly, wierdest thing in the world is seeing Bruce dickinson at the christmas party (suppose its part of the fun of working for their record company)

anyway back on topic - sugar depends on the bean, but usually a little sugar

half a spoonful here too, for anything with milk, but no sugar for espresso.

1 tea spoon in an espresso. otherwise no sugar anyweher to be seen.
