Nicaragua Finca Limoncillo Delicate Yellow Pacamara Petites
This was Dale's UKBC winning coffee 8)
Blackcurrant, stewed plums, clean cacao finish

Nicaragua Finca Limoncillo Pulped Natural Ethiosar
Green apple, caramel, dark chocolate
In the cup think green apple meets caramel down a dark alley and mixes themselves up. There's also an apple juice like acidity + a dark chocolate finish = leaving you wanting more!

Nicaragua Finca Limoncillo Natural Ethiosar
Cinder toffee, black cherry, big!
In the cup this thick bodied and chewy coffee has cinder toffee, with a black cherry acidity that's super clean whilst retaining the big body.

Nicaragua Finca Limoncillo Washed Ethiosar
Caramel, gooseberry
In the cup this clean and well structured cup makes me think of something I’ve never had...a gooseberry covered in caramel! Well, although I've never had 1 this is how I imagine such a thing would taste anyway!

Nicaragua Finca La Escondida Washed Catuai
Green starburst, lemon
In the cup you can expect a very sweetness driven coffee with a big juicy citrus acidity, think green Starburst sweets and lemon. If you don't believe me about the Starburst thing try 1 with the coffee!

Grand Marnier, brown sugar, fruit cake
In the cup this boozy natural has a Grand Marnier orange liqueur acidity with a wonderful brown sugar sweetness that finishes in rich boozy fruit cake.

El Salvador Finca La Fany Honey Bourbon
Caramel, Kit Kat, white grape
In the cup this starts out with a big hit of caramel before turning into a liquid Kit Kat! It's a big coffee with a chewy mouthfeel that finishes with white grape.

Cherry liqueur, cascara, Black Forest gateau
In the cup this coffee is like a delicious dessert from a creative chef, think cherry liqueur and cascara meet Black Forest gâteau all wrapped up in milk chocolate.

El Salvador Finca La Fany Washed Bourbon
Honeycomb, apricot, lime zest
In the cup you'll find a very clean and sweet coffee. The sweetness reminds me of light syrup mixed up with honeycomb and apricot. On the finish there's a subtle but delicious edge of lime zest.
