The title says it all really! 3 new El Sals, 2 new Costas and the return of Faiz Moosakutty's Indian Bibi!

Costa Rica Finca Licho Natural
Tinned strawberries - baker's chocolate
In the cup, tinned strawberries! Those little slightly bruised ones from a can that have been paddling around in syrup, but also think sugary macerated strawberries fresh out of the fridge too. It's super sweet like golden syrup with a great mouthfeel and baker's chocolate on the finish.

Costa Rica Finca Licho Yellow Honey
Raspberry - dark chocolate - cherry
In the cup this coffee is as delicious as ever and you can see why it's become one of our most popular coffees year after year. On the front-end there's raspberry and golden sugar, then the sweetness kicks in alongside dark chocolate before finishing with cherry on the aftertaste.

El Salvador Finca Argentina Washed Catimor
Milk chocolate - white grape - black pepper
In the cup it starts off as a typical El Salvadorian coffee...sweet milk chocolate, a balanced acidity that reminds me of white grape, and oh so smooth. But then it takes a right turn and develops a black pepper taste that I never find in a coffee from El Salvador, except right here in this delicious Catimor.

El Salvador Finca Argentina Natural Bourbon
Rum & raisin fudge - cherry bakewell
In the cup there's a whole bag of rum & raisin fudge, absolutely bucketloads of sweetness and creaminess all over the place and as the coffee cools it shifts towards cherry bakewell.

El Salvador Finca Argentina Washed Bourbon Petites
Lime - orange - green apple
In the cup these little beans deliver a sweet, bright and juicy punch! Lime and orange team up with green apple for a refreshingly different and thoroughly delicious El Sal.

Indian Bibi Washed Peaberry
Caramel - cacao nibs - tobacco leaf
In the cup the first thing that hits me is the really great body of this coffee, it's always been there in previous years and it's back! This year caramel and cacao nibs join a subtle green apple acidity before the cup finishes with tobacco leaf.

Is this the only Indian that you will be getting or should I wait a little before ordering the full set?

Hi Roland

For now the only one we have found, I'm always looking, and I'm hoping to visit sometime in the next 12 months to do some more work on this, but for now I expect it to be the only one
