More Panic Stations

Postby motoman » Thu Apr 21, 2016 8:27 am

This morning I switched on La Valentina, lights came on and I wandered around while she heated up. Ten minutes later I returned and the temperature was still around 16C. No hot water, no steam, just a red light staring at me.

Any advice or comments (useful only) will be greatly appreciated.

Moments of terror have passed, I found that the micro switch under the water tank needed a few presses to unstick itself, could not find any reason for it to stick, perfectly clean and dry. I think the thought of tea for breakfast had clouded my brain, check first, panic later.
