Nice rosettas - thanks to Kingseven/Jim

I've been pouring really nice rosettas in my morning cappas all week, thanks to Jim's article. The milk foaming technique of not getting a big whirlpool going after the stretching phase, and stopping any more air getting in has reaaly made microfoam easier.
