I broke mine last autumn.... drove over it with my car at a campingsite...

Yes, that would do it no good! Certainly would not do anything for the coffee. Hope you got another. Great brewers :)

Oh Joris...Breako II.

GB - Most children actually run away when they see Cakes coming. After visiting him several times over the years, he wouldn't go away. Why do you think I moved here....

I don't believe that for a second, Matt. I am sure that Cakey is loved almost as much by children as he is by all TMC members. :D

Well animals like me. They almost never cock a leg on me as long as I don't stay still  :)

Sorry to hear that, Joris :( Any more mishaps like this and I think Breako should lose his crown to you. Unless, of course, he has other breakages to be taken into consideration :?

He probably broke the original espresso machine but no-one noticed because shortly after he dropped his cup! :)

Very sad! Sorry!

There is a fellow somewhere in the EU (Hungary?) who makes replacement Arrarex Caravel heating elements. Apparently he can replicate almost any heating element and does them well. Search the HB forum and you should find his details. Alternately, maybe Francesco Ceccarelli (http://www.francescoceccarelli.eu/) knows where to source some.
