It arrived today. What a beast! I gave it a quick clean, ran some grindz through, then some old beans then away we went. The first serious shot was with a Brazilian bean. The grind is really quick, at around 5 seconds for 16 gms. The quality of the grind is spot on. I will take some photos over the next couple of days as I learn a bit more about her. The notes that came out of the first shot were amazing. I am no good at trying to describe them as I am new to drinking espresso, preferring milk based drinks. I initially, cannot understand why these are not better thought or head of. I noticed the Mexican Barrista in last years WBC using one
