Please read the FAQ on resizing pictures here.
Three Francesconi (CMA) espresso machines - Rossi, San Marco, LaCimbali, Faema and 2 Mazzer Major grinders- CoffeeTech Maggionlino, Hottop, Alpenröst and HW Precision roasters.
I decided I needed a bit of a change so I roasted some Monsooned Malabar. That was a change!

Thanks for sorting the pictures out Bruce. That certainly is a beautiful machine. 8)

It’s not that I consider myself a true coffee aficionado and that I must have one of these machines, it’s just something I could see myself living with and never tiring of. Does anybody have a good enough reason as NOT to own one?

So, having used the Legend for a few months, what do you think? Are you happy that you made the right decision?

Yeah I'm very happy with the machine. If your asking whether there is a difference in the taste then unfortunately I can't answer that cause I feel I'm not qualified for the answer you wish. I must admit unpacking the box I did feel that I'd made a huge mistake cause this thing is massive. I had the dimensions of it before hand but still didn't realise how big it would be, but I'm used to it now. Had the Duetto before so I just set the pid and away you go but now it's back to the cooling flushes. It does have a thermosyphon restrictor so you can adjust accordingly on the flushes. I've installed a claris water softener as well. The one thing that does worry me is that there isn't any Faema engineers close to where I live so hopefully nothing goes terribly wrong. Oh and this thing is a monster for steaming milk. I'm glad I got it :D

Thanks again bruceb for resizing

Sorry, a bit behind on this. Just PM it and I will upload it. Have a look at the Irfanview thread in the member area, it can be used to resize photos for the web and has a simple interface.

No worries, computers don't taste of much so they are not as good as coffee :) Feel free to PM or email it to one of the team and we will pop it up :-)
