Also a quick photo of one of my first drinkable shots:

it took longer to pour than I'd have liked (about 45 seconds) so I have some more dialling in to do to the grinder but I don't think I'm too far off.

It took me a while to get there and I had a few terrible shots before I finally managed to grind fine enough to choke the Vivi.

Once I got to that point it was fairly easy to dial the Mazzer back till I got the above result.

When I have time I think I'll carry out a few mods:

1. Remove portafilter forks
2. Remove tamper
3. Remove auto switch and rewire (although this may take a little more courage)
