Mazzer Mini-E dosing - HELP!!!!

Got a little problem with my Mazzer mini-e type A grinder.

Basically, the doser control on the front won't increase .... the dosing i'm getting is now insufficient but it seems i've set it maximum

Is there a way to reset that control so i can increase it more?

Not encountered this problem before and been able to dose up to a triple before without problems .... now i'm struggling to get a decent double dose out of it

The max time setting on the mini is app 10 seconds. Try to grind a bit more corse, it will give a lot more coffee that way. Also changing the blades can help.
