For sale - MACAP M9A (Doser) grinder

Postby Jurgen » Mon Mar 28, 2011 9:24 pm

Good evening all

I am selling my MACAP M9A doser-grinder in silver.
Here some data:

The grinder is now sold
Post can be removed. Thanks everyone!

- 230V/50Hz
- 600W
- 900 RPM
- 67.5mm flat burrs
- 600gr Hopper
- adjustable dose-dispenser
- Counter
- Grind adjustment in steps of +/- 0,021mm
- H62cm x W24cm X D33cm
- 15,5 Kg

I have recently bought the grinder as a second grinder next to my Rocky, but my partner wasn't too happy with it...it is rather big and takes quite some space in our kitchen.
Therefore despite me being happy with the grind quality, we've agreed that I would instead invest in a Mazzer Mini.
The grinder is about two years old, I bought it second hand recently and I have cleaned it thoroughly.

Overall, the grinder is in very good condition.
There are only minor scratches on the base (see pic below) and a bit of the plastic is missing on the hopper where it is mounted on the grinder. However this does not affect the use, stability or appearance of the hopper.

As you can see, even a Super Jolly can't compete with the above data (600W power, 67.5mm burrs, ...) :)
The Macap is a real work horse!

However due to the weight, I hesitate to ship the grinder and would therefore prefer pick up in North London.
Alternatively I am happy to deliver free of charge within the M25.

After consulting Royal Mail's website for detailed prices of sending parcels within the UK, I am after all also happy to ship the grinder.
The shipping charge would be included in the selling price of £250.

Rgds,
Jurgen
