that seems to prove once more how important well ground beans are.
having said that, i see much more consistently 'perfect' pours now with the speedster when comparing to the vivaldi. the vivaldi was a lot more finicky and less forgiving with distribution and tamping flaws. i'm somehow unable to tamp 100% even. most of the time there's a bit of an angle which often enough i had seen being reflected in an pour flowing faster on the 'lower' side of the puck. all this seems to be history now...
