Soya milk problems

Postby quink » Sat Sep 25, 2004 9:23 pm

Has anyone out there ever got a good froth out of soya milk? This stuff is driving me nuts at the moment, Charlotte (my wife) has started this thing with soya milk, but the damn stuff just wont froth. Any one got any ideas ohter than chucking it out the window :?: never know it could be good for the plants.

I can't give you any advice as I only tried once, but it worked as well as with cow milk. I should event say better, because since then, I'm unable to froth standard milk anymore....

There does seem to be some disagreement on this subject, but folks do say it can be done.

can be done - but maybe our soy milk in Austria is different..... works as usual, slurping some air, then whirlpool it....

Maybe I'll try out the different brands available and see if it is just the one I've got
