occured to me that I often cup espresso to find the result ... got me thinking if i could "design" my fantasy espresso experience what would I want it to be .. then maybe from the extensive palettes out there maybe find a match? like all of us i have had many of these elements or a combination of a few but never all in one cup
so just for fun !
taking the initial sip first thing would be nothing for a couple of seconds... yep nothing except creamy buttery feel in the mouth then the flavours start to hit ...
Caramel and honey rich Dark chocolate followed with little tiny firework explosions of high notes of bluberry and warm cinnamon. The finish is mollasas and liquirice in intensity but sits in the mouth for ages afterwards making you suck ya tounge.
What about you ? ........ bet your off to make one now
