I thought I'd post up a couple of pictures. Please don't steal em. Not that you would. Copyright etc. They better be good hadn't they. Hope they aren't silly file sizes. Do delete this if it causes trouble....

Just been messing around with a friends camera.....

Nice shots! Both ways ;-) Looks great!!
About the macchiato art - how do you manage pour the whole rosetta in just 2oz?
Is the cup 4oz?
Did you narrow the spout of your pitcher to pour extra thin?
I could use some hints :-) please
Thanks
Joey

Mmm that machiato looks great. Where do you work, King7 ? And I do love that machiato cup: what brand is that?
This week I am eagerly anticipating the first god shots from my La Spaziale machine....

Thanks guys!

The macchiato cup is a 2oz one. I pulled a ristretto into it so had a little more wiggle room. Its just a question of getting the milk texture right and then shaking as much as you can as quick as you can.
I work for Gaggia, mostly in Oxford Street. Sorry for the plug (but you did ask Neku!) the cup is one of a set of six "senses" cups by Gaggia.

I have a couple more pictures (more latte art I am afraid) if anyone wants to see them? Or will it hurt the server?

Any chance I can buy those cups somewhere? (Yes, dear trade TMC members, there IS a shortage of beautiful, *heavy*, aesthetic espresso cups! especially the tulip ones!)

Neither John Lewis nor Selfridges (though I did consult to a Pretzel stand in there once...) Gaggia have a very large concession in House of Fraser (about 700sq. ft.) and I run that as well as train.

As for the cups - try your local Gaggia supplier (details of who they are available from http://www.gaggia.it ) or you can probably mail order them from Gaggia UK.

I will post up a couple of small pictures. Mostly for my ego....!
