So, I've just bought a Europiccola. There are a couple of things about the machine that I'm not sure are supposed to be as tehy are:
1. You can hear the water boiling (before the green light goes off) - is this too hot? Is there perhaps something wrong with the thermostat?
2. When steaming milk you see a stream of bubbles in the sight glass. Now I've tried a friend's pavoni Pro before and don't remember seeing this.
Actually, there's something else too: I'm barely getting a single shot from the machine. Again, this was rather different with the Pro that I tried (which was actually pre-millenium).
