Rocky Doser - Dosing short measures!!!!!

Ok, when I got the Rocky doser, I checked that it was dosing @ 7g a hit, I cleaned the doser today and put in my fresh coffee. Obviously I had to calibrate the grinder again, so I set it at my usual setting as a starting point. I got the flow time just right, I don't know why I did it, but I suppose I should have checked the dosage weight first anyway. I was getting 5.3g per dose, when I originally got around 7-7.2g per dose. Have I missed somthing or am I going to have to pack each dosing pocket tighter to achieve the 7g per dose?????????
