About George Sabodos (with an S at the end...) Are you sure he wrote a book. All I can find is a video at:

Ups, you're right - in the small picture of -http://www.espressowarehouse.com/pdfs/resource.pdf - it looked like a book (although it says "videos" in the headline) I need more caffeine!
