I've found lately that I prefer drinking a shot straight after it's been poured, before the crema has seperated from the liquid. What does everyone else think?

I figure a good coffee is one you enjoy, rather than one that you should enjoy, so by that definition it is better. It's kind of like a latte/cappuccino but without the nonsense of diluting the flavour with milk.
