I had a dream!

Postby DrZeus » Sun Nov 09, 2003 11:12 am

I was back in Seattle (visiting, I assume) and I ordered my first espresso drink from a little bohemian cafe' I know of. I ordered a "double short latte" and left. I was already in my car, when I took my first sip. It tasted like straight milk, and it was cold! So, I went back and told them, to which they promptly made me another. This time I watched them, and they did everything right. I took a sip right there -- and it tasted like cold milk! They couldn't explain it, and neither could I. So, this time I just asked for a dopio ristretto. Again, they did everything right, handed me the demitasse, and I took a sip. COLD MILK!

Okay, you closet dream interpreters...what could this possibly mean?

...in addition, I apparently was spending the night inside the Sweet Maria's roastery (at Tom's request, of course)...

LOL! Sure, everybody's invited to my dream. Perhaps one of you could make a DECENT latte. :)
