Err I had a Gaggia Tebe many years ago, essentially the same machine as the paros, without the built in grinder.

You problem is either a blockage or crack in the Panarello type frothing attachment. The fix is simple.

1. remove attachment
2. place in draw
3. Use just the wand with the single hole and place just under surface of milk
4. Gosh this "real" foam is better than before

In the many years I owned my Tebe I never used the frothing attachment, apart from for the first 1 after which it was removed and placed in a draw. I had the same advice "ditch the attachment" from an experienced coffee lover..
