The line people see first will be whatever you choose to stress... it depends on the layout of your business card, the font, size, colour, blah blah.
But I understand the point that you're still not happy with the offered suggestions. So once that magic "line" is concocted, it's a matter of what you want to highlight on your business card.
Personally, I'd rather highlight my business name... because you can't "own/trademark" the name of the "line" because it's too general... so if your competitors (competent or not) choose to do so, they can also use it... then how are you going to differentiate yourself from them paper-wise?
This name will be of far more importance if it's a stichting type thingy that allows membership only according to strict guidelines. And then only if people actually realise there's a stichting or have an understanding of what it is.
It wasn't very clear earlier, so let me make sure I'm addressing it properly. You want the emphasis on Specialty Coffee and then secondarily on roasting it? If so, then a fancier synonym for (goed)gekeurd? I thought of bijzonder... but bad can also be bijzonder
Good tip from Jo2 about inspiration from wineries.... like Reserva.
