a little more cost effective and we got a deal !
cant justfiy the cost Lami honestly ... I had some incredibly subtle Yirgacheffee at the UKBC via the guys demonstrating the clover but I am sure they would be using high quality coffee so a side by side cupping with a press pot would have been an interesting exercise thinking about it?

however enough well qualified and respected coffee people say its the real deal but i cant yet make that kind of leap for use at the cost in a high volume retail enviroment. Confused

I'm hoping to get my hands on a clover1 for an open day for everyone to come and try press pots and aeropress with the clover together.
