Post subject: Espresso and your legs...

This is a very odd sort of question, but one to which I can't help but desire an answer to...
A friend of mine recently said something about drinking a lot of espresso being the key to getting really great-looking-legs, I was just wondering about the validity of the claim and the reasoning behind it, personally I felt it sounded a little dubious... |

nothing changed with my legs since I started drinking coffee, sadly....
I only know that coffee is a fatburner, but not as effective as one wishes. |

I though about opening a coffee bar, but now I might as well enter the beauty industry...
I can already picture my magical products being advertised by second rate celebrities on late night teleshopping programmes... Espresso rubbed all over - also gives you a free tan. Probably the pucks could be recycled for instant eye wrinkle treatment etc. etc. |

Don't laugh too much Sammy 
In an indirect way, drinking espresso does help me have "summer" beach legs... I use the spent grounds with olive oil as a leg/foot scrub  And while I'm uhm, naturally tanned, it does give some extra colour too  until you wash it off, of course. Unfortunately, whatever fat-burning characteristics it may have, it sure isn't enough to help me in getting a beach washboard tummy 
Of course, if your friend works out, it may be the surge of energy from the caffeine that's helping push just a little harder. |

| I think this coffee and leg thing might be to do with 'cellulite treatments'...caffeine is a diuretic as we all know...and when added to 'leg care' products, has an effect on the look of the cellulite deposits...if you look at the ingredients of any of these anti cellulite products, they nearly always have caffeine in them. |

| I used to find a 3 times a day CAE stack with 400mg caffeine per dose efficacious when cutting. |

Hi Phil, do you take your CAE stacks on top of your daily coffee or instead of..?
With the average TMC coffee drinking habits you are in serious risk of overdosing.

| If I ever defoliate my legs far enough to find some skin undeneath to see if they are better or worse then when I last couldn't really see them I will let you know, although serious espresso abuse only led to me having worse shakes then Ozzy "look out for what log?" ozbourne and giving me real bad.....errr...oh yea.. clicker tampers good for commercial people rather then going on tamper tipping rampage but those custom wood (huh huh) jobby's mean for a sweeter pro pour from the naked badger wotsit........................................... |

| Mork to Orson! Mork to Orson! Earth people have a peculiar way uf using coffee, they seem to think it is a kind of beauty product and rub it on their legs. Why can't they learn to use it for its proper purpose, as a TV aerial. |
